Hi brian, I used to make plastic parts for Shufflemaster here in Reno, and if I remember correctly they were either leased by the casino or purchased out right. But either way the only people who had the knowledge and the spare parts were the authorized ShuffleMaster service reps. who worked for Shufflemaster. Also the cost of one of their machines is out of sight, several thousand dollars for the machines used at a six or eight deck Blackjack table. Things might have changed in the 2 years since I made parts for them so this info may be out of date.
