Howard & Kregg Herz's book has a picture of a dark red with gold hot stamp, $1 non negotiable chip, with a die-card mold. It's from Reno.

To my untrained eye, it looks like the same gold hot stamp. The set up on your chip looks the same....the graduated letters in "non" and the little ?triangles? on each side of "non". Also, it appears to be the same font (the M has rounded peaks, not pointed).
