I received these 2 fantastic chips in the mail the other day as a gift from a friend. Unfortunately, I don't know what they are or how much they're worth.

The blue chip has "CSC" printed on both sides. The gold chip has "TDP" or "TOP" (not sure which due to the font) on one side and $1.00 on the other.

Can anyone help me identify them?? They're the first "old" chips in my collection. I bet they're probably worth millions!
