in Chicago at Walter Paytons bars the waitstaff and bartenders would all get up on the bar and tables and dance to a song every hour or so. It really put them behind getting drinks out. I see the same problem here. Plus I think the 25k is a little HIGH. Usually wait staff makes below minimum wage because of the high amount of tips, and most of the time it is taxed so that a paycheck is basically nothing.
