...when it snows big-time here, my only real problem is my driveway is 200 feet long. I haven't figured out how to attach a plow to an Isuzu Impulse. Those big storms happen about once every five years.

I bought my modest tri-level home 15 years ago at a HUD auction for $35,750. My back yard is open range land. I have a herd of cattle that sometimes greets me in the morning with a chorus of Moos. I Moo back at 'em! They're not my cattle, have no idea who owns them, but they have free roam on about 1000 acres leased by the rancher who owns the cattle and pays for grazing rights. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood most of the time.

Like I said in another post, you can dress for cold weather. ...and it never stays cold here for very long. Highs a couple days ago were within your comfort range. It even rained for a while last week!!!
