Any of you Computer Guys have any suggestions on Web Server space?

I am paying 9.95mo for 1 gig of space 15 email addresses etc. with FeaturePrice. My subscription was to end in February so I paid for this year in January. I got confirmations of payment, and my credit card charged. I got automatic email telling me they were cutting me off for non-payment. I have sent 26 emails to 3 addresses(no response), and made phone calls for 5 days and nights to 2 phone numbers (automated message "we value your call..." then you are cut off. AND as an added bonus... I get a LOT less mail (it was killed with the site)

Any recomendations? I do NOT want a free site that posts pop up ads and records all the people who use your site. I'm desparate! (Hosting 2 sub websites for pay- Those got killed too)
