Since you decided to enter the discussion I will point out one additional fact you did not address. Brien renewed his membership January 1st on the club BB. This is February 16th - that is 47 days since he paid his membership. Maybe the membership officer should have CALLED the person in charge of the credit card applications as soon as Brien made him aware of the "problem". If it were any other copy of the magazine I probably would have left it go. However, this one contains the ballot for election. Very important in my opinion.
