Understand that Ebay takes no steps to police their own auctions. There can be 10,000 auctions all blatantly violating the same Ebay policy, If someone reports 1 and Ebay even bothers to do something about that one auction the other 9,999 auctions will all remain because nobody reported them (unless its all from one seller in which case all MIGHT be removed).
