You may be right about the parcel post, Larry,but this seller has a feedback of over 400, so she's not new to mailing items. Exactly a year ago I bid on a similar auction that the seller posted "wait for my email so I can add up the shipping charges to your area." My final bid was $3.98. The seller's s/h charges? $3.55 It took 10 days for the package to arrive via regular mail and best of all, the seller lived 2 hours away. When I see shipping that's dependent upon state with no mention of parcel post, etc. I don't bid on the item. In fact, I would never bid on this seller's auctions nor the one from a year ago.
