Fred, This sort of ofset has shown up in lots of casinos and lots of denominations. Off center makes it just an off center. Those that are purists would even say its a lower value then if centered. It's just a quality assurance thing really. Most runs will have this, and usually they'll be yanked out. We've seen some posts as people have found off center hot stamps and inlays...some of which are so off it boggles the mind. I forget who posted it , but there was one that was a good 40 percent off. Funniest looking chip you've ever seen. For one that was as radical as that one...i would say its a definate keeper just because its rare that one so seriously off would make it through. Those are rare. Ones like your scan are common. Put it in your trader book.
