If you have the MS Office package (I'm guessing you do as you have excel) I'll send you over my Access database, it has simple but crucial features.

It can list the Casino, Casino Location, Chip Value, Retail Value, Chip Name, Chip Design, Condition, Traders and show a scan of the chip. You also print records depending on your vairables e.g. all chips from Nevada

Just e-mail me and I'll reply with a copy of it, all you'll have to do is delete my records.

This offer of the free database applies to anyone who wants it. I only started it on Sunday but most of the simple features I wanted are there and I am just giving it some cosmetic work and finding the optimal search design.
