Your description of this auction lot is complete nonsense.

These items (particularly the Castaways, Silver Slipper, The Mint and Jolley Trolley chips) are not rare.

And then there's this little piece of prevarication:

The four chips with opening and closing dates on them are fantasy chips. They were neither produced for nor ever available at the "old" casinos. They were manufactured after the casinos were closed (approximately 1993 or 1994) by an individual named Bill Borland, who made up sets in several denominations for each of several casinos based on designs of their real chips. The opening and closing dates on the chips are a dead giveaway that they aren't real. They have been offered for sale as fantasy chips since at least 1994.
