I have purchased many chips from Dean, one chip did not arrive, when I ask him about it, he sent another, no questions ask. I do think he uses the wording "Rare" way to often, especially when somethimes the chip is still in use at the casino. However, I guess living in Calif, a chip in Atlantic City might be rare to me even if it is still in use(?). As a buyer or seller I do not insure anything under $100. however as a buyer I insist on anything over $100 being insured, and if I sell anything over $100. I insure it.
