You might not know, but, the "world trade center" casino chips were made for The World Trade Center casino in Las Vegas. The casino was denied a license and never opened. I think Mike Spinetti bought the entire rack from the owners of the casino.

This was all before 9/11/01 as I remember it. At no time has Mike (to my knowledge) attempted to profiteer off the tragedy of that day. Apples and oranges...
