Undoubtedly it is USPC. However, I'm sure this was a very small special order - not in the records.

The only info I got was that guy that got the chip was a steady BH player. His nickname was "High Dollar" and "Diamond Doug". He wore an 8 carat diamond pinky ring. He wore diamond Lincoln Continental cuff links and owned a Ford dealership. The daughter made it sound like he was well known.

If he was alive he would be in his late 80's.

I forgot his last name and where his dealership was (Cincinnati?). I could probably look it up in old emails with his daughter.
