Anybody have any recommendations for color laser printers?

I'm seriously thinking about purchasing a laser printer in the next month or so for running off color copies of my 2003 A.C. Catalog instead of paying over $1000 to the quick print shop. What has been your experience with them?

I'm currently looking at the HP laserjet 2500 series. Retail Price $999. Where would be a good outlet to purchase one? I'm told that the replacement ink cartridges for color laser printers run about $100 each and there are four of them. I've experimented with refill cartridges on my HP inkjet printer and was not happy with the quality.

Any constructive suggestions from those who have had experience with this product?
