I recently upgraded to Windows XP (mistake)after my computer crashed. As a result my ScanJet 4200C is not compatible. I was told to go to HP's website and download a driver that would solve my problem (sj654mu.exe). It didn't. 1. Do I buy a new scanner (one that is compatible). 2. Find a driver that will solve my problem (where is it located). 3. Dump Windows XP and go to Windows ME, which I know is compatible. 4.Some other choice. Would appreciate any help I get because I don't understand most of this stuff.
