North Dakota allows gaming in bars, restaurants and hotels in association with charitable organizations. The name, initials or logo of the charity is on the chips. Sometimes the hotel or bar is also listed but not often. Click the link below to the ND web site for a list of all the charities that are licensed for gaming. Praire Public Broadcasting is still licensed for gaming. Address is listed as 207 N 5TH St, Fargo, ND 58108-3240, phone 701-597-3419, web site, prairielearningcenter.org. The address is mostly likely their office not the gaming location. You may be able to confirm the chip with PPB and also get the bar / hotel locations they are using. Hope this helps.
