I stopped at Tuscany, the new Las Vegas Hotel/Casino to get the new tokens before they were too beat up. Shouldn't have bothered... there are no tokens. All machines use paper. It's very quiet!

I did ask for a slot club card and this is what they gave me. It has what appears to be a member number on it. The reverse indicates it's a hotel key! Does anyone have a slot card that's real from Tuscany?
