Ed Hertel's Illegal Chip Price Guide lists a blue, small key mold Terrace Club chip at $20. There is not a listing for the rectangle mold chip you show. The hot stamp font on your chip looks the same as the one in the book.
Suggest you buy Ed's book if you are going to collect Illegals. Other books are available that cover specific areas of collecting, e.g. Riverboats, AC, FL, WA, MT, CA, Carribean, CO and various mfgr records. The books you need depends on your collecting interest. James Campiglia's book covers NV and many other areas but is not all inclusive and it is over 2 years old. See the link on books on the Chipguide for more info.
