First off, the Aladdin $5 9/11 offering was the 2001 COTY. I have included a scan of one side here.

You are correct. The image of the COTY, TOTY and SSOTY winners for 2001 are not shown on the CC&GTCC page, but that will be corrected....soon. BTW-The winners were posted on the BBS shortly after they were announced last June, but you are right, they need to be posted.

As mentioned in other posts (right around New Year's Day) we are officially open for COTY (and TOTY, SSOTY and CKOTY) Nominations. However, the form is contained as an insert to the CCTN (the Club magazine) which is due out at the end of the month.

Nominations are open to every member and not just Regular Members, however, the CCTN only goes to Regular (and Life Time) Members, so it is very important that those members make a copy of the Nomination Form for their "Associate" Members.

The process of Nominating and then Judging (voting) is not tied to attending the Convention. The Convention (actually, the Convention Banquet) is used to announce the winners. In the meantime, Nominating and Voting is conducted via snail mail.

Having said all that, please also know that we have an on-line Viewing Site where anyone can up-load images of their favorite eligible chips, tokens, strikes and slot cards/room keys. I encourage everyone (even non-members) to use the Viewing Site to up-load images of eligible COTY, TOTY, SSOTY and CKOTY 2002 paticipants.

Lastly, I sure hope that you can make the Convention as it really is a remarkable experience.
