I just received an email from ebay stating in effect that the information they have in my profile/account is no longer valid. they further stated (threatened) that if I did not provide new information my use of ebay would be restricted.Has anyone else gone through this poor excuse for customer care? My information has not changed since I started using ebay, so whats going on??? Even worse, they did not give me an opportunity to reply or ask why.
