Ron,
Scan your chip and save the file on your computer. Then use the "File Upload" link at the top of the Chipboard page. Fill in the required blocks then click on browse. That will open a window on your computer to allow you to choose the scan from your files. Hightlight the file you want to upload and click "submit". You will get a message back once the upload is complete with a URL. Copy that URL and paste it into the "Optional Image URL" box when you post a message to the Chipboard.
