Last night I had the pleasure of meeting for the first time, Mike Quinlivan and two other chippers that I have met before, Larry Hollibaugh and Allan Anderson. I'll be the first to admit it was along time between meets. We all sat around over a nice meal at The Tamarack Junction in Reno and had a great conversation about chips and chipping in general. Then came the fun part Larry pulled out his binder that held his whole collection all scanned up in a beautiful presentation. It was a sight to drool over, chips from Reno,Tahoe and Northern NV all done in colors that looked as real as the chips themselves. I'm looking forward to more of these get togethers in the future now that I'm semi retired. If you ever get a chance to meet with other chippers, even for a cup-o-joe it will usually turn into a long story and even a longer friendship.
