A Chipper's First Trip Report and Chips for trade

Hello All! I just returned from my first trip to the casinos as a Chipper. Needless to say, it was great fun - lots more than just going as a gambler.

We visited Harrah's, the Rainbow, and Ameristar casinos in Vicksburg, Miss; and the Silver Star and Golden Moon in Philadelphia, Miss.

Lessons learned as a first time chipper...

1. Ya gotta buy the chips at a table sad
2. It's hard to get $1 chips at $5 minimum tables
3. They don't like you to leave the table with their chips! Color-in please!
5. Slot cards are easy to come by and make great tender to trade for chips on the SlotCardBBS!! vbg

I had great fun and got quite a few chips to boot. Most all have been traded already for lots of cool new chips for my meager collection, but I do have a few left from Vicksburg if anyone's interested in any of them...

1 - $2.50 Rainbow Casino, SU, very pretty
1 - $1 Rainbow Casino, Average
3 - $1 Harrah's, NEW

I also picked up the following matchbooks if anyone is interested in them (I don't collect them)...

Harrah's, Vicksburg MS (book)
Silver Star, Philadelphia MS (box)
61 South Bar - Rainbow Casino, Vicksburg MS (book)

Also, I have the following traders from elsewhere if anyone's interested...

1 - $1 Harrah's, Laughlin, NV, SU
1 - $1 Mazatzal (Indian casino), Average
1 - $1 The FunShips (Cruise), Average
1 - $1 Holland America Line (Cruise), New

Anyway, I had a blast and learned a lot. Thanks to all of you who turned me on to this hobby!!

Happy Holidays,
Will
