I can understand your thinking that your set is the only one that "got out" so they are rare. Apparently the others were not destroyed and could come into circulation at any time. It would seem that as soon as the present owners of the chips hear of your sale, they may come out in droves. Unless the movie chips were destroyed, they can't be considered rare. Can Oscar Goodman's $100 Four Queen's chips be considered rare because only 3 "got out"? The other 97 are sitting in his office and could come on the market at any time.
