I work in Iowa and there really is no law preventing us from selling at the cage. However we send most guests to the tables to buy in. This is to actually help surveillance, so they can see one way transactions (chips coming in), instead of chips going in and out. However if you mention that you are a collector, ask to talk to a supervisor and we would be more than happy to get you what you need.
