Norton has virus updates essentially daily, Mark. If you're not getting downloads, your subscription probably has expired. Note that if you got your Norton software pre-installed on a new PC, the subscription lasts only 6 months, not 12 months as when you buy the program at retail. You can extend your subscription with a credit card at the Norton site. Sounds like you may need to do so.
