I use an HP scanjet scanner at the office (6250). I also got one for home (5300) but it isn't hooked up yet. It comes with the software you will need. I also recommend Adobe Photodeluxe Business Edition for compressing, adjusting brightness and cropping the picture. It cost about $80 and sometime it's included with the scanning software. It's very easy to use.
