Best I can do is relate the story as I got it from the seller. (Ebay auction)

"The Lone Star Casino opened in Tinian (near Saipan Island) in May 1995. It was the first U.S. owned, U.S. style gaming facility in the center of the Pacific Rim. The casino operated for 6 months and closed."

That's all the info I have on them as of now.

The chip on the right is a common obverse.
