Salvaging buried chips

If you want to practice your dental skills on a chip, Pete, try one of the Las Vegas chips dug out of a foundation... like a Dunes chip. Getting the concrete out of the mold is not possible without taking some of the clay or plastic with it, no matter how careful you are or how tiny your tools. The liquid damage from the wet concrete is also a good analogy to the damage an encapsulated chip would get from the liquid plastic. You can have fun trying, but you won't end up with a collectible chip!
