Good luck in your search. As you noted, this was the Chip of the Year for 2000. There were 2,000 of these chips made by CHIPCO, for the Fiesta (the old one) at the direction of Gene Trimble.

However, of the 2000 chips, 25 were serial numbered and I believe handed out to the Convention/Club volunteers at the 2000 Convention. Therefore, there are only 1,975 of them available, so you should not have too much difficulty in acquiring one.

It was the non-serial numbered version that won the COTY.
