Jason, using the TCR as an example.....

CHIPCOs are described without inserts, i.e., the "insert" column is empty.

In looking at the two CHIPCOs the color used for the spokes is the predominant color, while the color between the spokes is secondary (in my opinion).

That fact that the spoke colors and the other colors extend to the chip's outer edge is not particularly relevant. If that outer edge had markings, i.e., dots, diamonds, dashes, etc., then I could see providing a description of those markings.

But again, this is just my opinion.
