I got this package in my mailbox a couple of weeks ago. I was VERY Nevrvous when I pulled this plastic bag with the old "Were sorry, but sometimes in our sorting process things happen beyond our control..." sticker on it. I didn't know if I should make a claim before I opened it up or what. I decided that even if I went back to the post office they would probably just give me the "Were sorry, but sometimes..." speech to my face. So I took digital photos of the opening up of the package.

The first thing I did was untie the bag and got hit in the face with the unbelivable stench of Italian dressing! I opened all the windows and continued on my journey...

Once I got the packgage opened the chips were completely dry, "un-oiled" and defect free. The plastic liner of the bubble wrap envelope kept the chips in perfect shape.

Just one more vote for using the bubble wrap envelopes!
