You folks in Las Vegas have it easy compared to us in Florida when it comes to new issues. Down here there a rumors that circulate about a new boat that is due to sail with a new rack. You may see an add in the local newspaper on a Tuesday & hope to sail on Saturday, but seas are 8 to 12 feet in the gulfstream. By the time you get to sail the boat has sunk, is in drydock, sailed to another port or the gaming company has gone belly up. With the boats that do continue to sail new issues are rare. Some racks may show up on another boat. I recall that Dixie Duck slot tokens were used on a floating casino & gentleman's club awhile back. Before new chips & token were issued, the boat & the babes disappeared.
