I am a generous guy . . .

... if the woman was so honest as to return and hand over the winnings, I would take $40 and leave her the rest. I would feel good that I had doubled my money and made her day. After all I would have expected to lose the $20 in the first place.

Note: The amounts mentioned are not enough to make an impact in my lifestyle, so I can be very generous. Had this been the lottery my generousity would be a bit different, I would keep a significant larger amount.
