If you're tempted to use the "Auction Manager" tool at PayPal to send notices of completed auctions to your buyers, don't. I started to use it a couple of days ago, and when I told it to go find completed auctions, it gave me only a couple of them, and on those it mixed up the e-mail addresses for the buyers with buyers on other auctions that ended the same day. I e-mailed PayPal to notify them of the problem and they said they were aware of the problem and "working on it". Looks to me like the problem is serious enough that they should take the feature down until they get it fixed, but I guess not.

Apparently the feature that automatically sends notices following the completion of an auction works correctly, because they recommended using that instead.
