that you are looking for what we call a Silver Strike? A Silver Strike is a two color, all metal coin (token) that comes in several different denominations and from quite a few casinos, to include several Lady Luck casinos.

What is different about Silver Strikes (from your description) is that the center portion is silver and the outer rings are brass or gold tone. In the past the outer ring was labled with the "silver" content of the inner silver disk, as ".999". Silver Strikes are also labled "LIMITED EDITION" on that outer ring. The vast majority of Silver Strike tokens are marked $10.00.
