I was updating my chip list yesterday when I came across this Rampart chip that is badly off center. At first glance it just appears to be another H&C with the inlay off center but it's not. The chip is either a Chipco or a B&G and I have never seen one of those off center. Does anyone else have one like it? And how do you tell the difference between B&G and Chipco? It is strange the the manufacturers ID is not on the chip.
