. . . . The information yesterday was based on a report from November 14, 2002. There was rumors in Saudi Government circles that al Qaida is targeting a large oil refinery in the Texas/Louisiana area. The Saudi's believe likely target is the ExxonMobil refinery in Beaumont, TX. The Saudis note that many Saudis, Pakistanis and UAE nationals work in Beaumont. The speculated method is said to be suicide bombers or radio controlled aircraft if the US enter into War by Christmas. FBI states this rumor is based on a May Arabic website which called for Jujahids to attack four strategic reserve oil wells in Texas and Louisiana. The information regarding the ExxonMobil vessels are also only rumors at this point. However, please ensure that everyone keep their eyes and ears open for strange occurrences in and around facilities and I will do my best to tell you whatever information I can share. . . .
