I'm getting more viral e-mail hits......

This morning I received three viral e-mails. One was "friends" and the other two were "goldfish". I am having them checked to see if there are tell-tale indicators of the original senders.

In the meantime, I received two viral e-mails on Monday. A check for the original sender shows that they MAY HAVE BEEN sent from a "kevin@operahousecasino.com and support@hedgefund.net, as follows:

A message entitled "A very funny game" was a klez virus. Original sender APPEARS TO BE kevin@operahousecasino.com, which maps to:
The Opera House Casino
2542 Las Vegas Blvd. North
North Las Vegas, NV 89030
US
702-649-8801
Fax:702-649-8435
faking: orbitz@offers.monster.com

The second message is entitled: "Honey"
and the original source APPEARS TO BE: support@hedgefund.net, pretending to be from: hands@radioblvd.com, which maps to:
Western Historic Radio Museum
Virginia City, Nevada

I do not recognize the APPARENT original senders. However, if you do (or they see themselves) they MAY, let me repeat, MAY a virus!

Again, these virus have a nasty habit of spoofing where they are from. The "Froms" above are not the return addressees, but were gather from embedded traffic control headers associated to all emails that require certain software tools to view. But even so, it is possible that the virus is masking the true originator, so I am not accusing these people of wrong-doing, only that I suggest they check their machines for viruses!

If I may be of assistance, please ask. Do not click on any of the hot-links above.
