In the optional image url box you have:

http://www.thechipboard.com/cgi-bin/tcb/tcb.footballstars.jpg.

What you should have in there is:

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads.php?image=/Star_footballs_2.jpg

This might have happened by not completely clearing what was in the optional image url box before you right clicked and pasted the proper url that you copied from the properties portion on the image in the data base.

If you highlight the proper url above, copy it and then paste it into the optional image url box when posting a new message, it should work.
