My husband and I were keeping an eye on a Kit Carson ashtray auction, planning on sniping it. We clicked on it, only to see the message "the seller has ended this auction early to sell the item to the high bidder(s) at the current price". (does ebay allow that?) That was yesterday.

To keep an eye on it, we'd saved the listing, and we clicked on it again today (the day it was supposed to end). By the seller's name was the message "not a registered user". I thought he must have gotten suspended for ending the auction early to sell the item? Then I pulled up his seller list and clicked on several items...every item I clicked on said the same thing "ended...early to sell to high bidder..."??!

Next weird thing....he was charging $20 shipping & handling on every auction....???

Next weird thing....I noticed "casinoshowgirl", still with sunglasses and (1) point, indicating that she's new. Out of curiosity, I pulled up her bidder list...she'd placed bids on a total of 12 items. They were ALL this sellers...???

Too much time on my hands??
