While browsing Ebay I came across a commemorative chip issued for the New Carousel opened in Congress Spring Park in Saratoga Springs, NY.

I went browsing to see if I could find the course of this chip and found a reference in the minutes of a City Council meeting in September to the payment of a bill for carousel chip design. I assume that some city agency is selling them as a fund raiser.

I am going to go searching for these chips. I do not know how much they may cost but I assume that unless they are only be distributed to select people they can't cost to much.

If you are interested in obtaining one of these please let me know. I'm not going to hold anyone to it . . . I just want an idea of how many I need if I find them.
