Here is an orange 5 NCV from Boulder City that I found at the Palace Station show. I don't believe it's listed in TCR, unless the one shown as a H&C mold (N9819) has a mold listing error. It has the BJ manufacturer's stamp so it's relatively recent. Value is in the D-E range.

Anyone know whether this was a promo chip or part of a tournament set?
