It's Allan Myers, not Allan Anderson who did most of the work on the Condition and Grading Standards.

Allan Myers and Archie Black were the subcommittee which then brought in some other collectors (I'll leave it to them to name them because I know I'll leave someone out) as advisors to offer advice and review the first draft.
