"100%" is a concept that's relevant to printed images. It means nothing on a computer display. Your scan is 100 DPI. My image below is 150 DPI. You need to decide what you like.

I have a book of scans of my chips. For the book I scan at 300 DPI, for good resolution, and print them at "100%" so they are actual size on the paper.

For my computer display, I have a 19 inch monitor (10 inch viewable, measured diagonally), set to 1280 by 1024 pixels. At 14.25 inches wide, my display has "90 dots per inch." So your chip is about 1.75 inches wide, and my chip is about 2.5 inches wide on my screen. Your mileage may vary vbg.
