OK, there's been a lot of talk about what chips aren't errors. These include the 2001 Four Queens Halloween chip with a Roulette wheel with two 32's (because the entire production had the same mistake) and off-center inlays, because they are so common.

So can someone please tell me what an error chip is? I would have considered the Luxor $1 chip that says Circus Circus on it in UV an error chip, but apparently that's not the case.

Anyone have a handy scan?
