Well Bob... it certainly sounds to me that the seller claims he/she knows something about chips with the claim that this chip can be cashed in. One should not make the claim if it can't be backed up. Otherwise, the perception of deceit is a legitimate suspicion.

Only after the seller receives dozens of inquiries will he/she realize his/her "mistake" ... and I'm being benevolent by calling it a "mistake". I've emailed the seller, have others?? I'm anxiously awating a logical save-face explanation. Should be enlightening!
