Does anyone have any information on the "Capitol Bar & Cafe" in Carson City?

I got an email from an ashtray collector asking me to look it up in our 1951 Nevada phone book. He asked about 1951, because there is a "Capitol Bar" in the Gaming Table, in Carson City "c. 1951". (No street address or owners.)

Problem is, I can't find a "Capitol Bar" (or any other CapitOl establishment) in the phone book for Carson City for 1951...or 1947, "50, "52, "55, "56, or "57.

Any ideas??? Don Leuders, got any matches? Anyone, help? Allan, any thoughts?
